TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a) Basic third party insurance is included in the price.
With 3 euros extra the renter can have the c.d.w. (collision damage waiver) only for the scooters.
The renter's responcibility is the first 100 Euros. Regardless of wether c.d.w. has been accepted or not
the renter is liable for die full repair of the damages he may have caused to the wheels and tires of the moto.
Or if the damages were due to violations of the Greek traffic law.

b) Pai.
Personal accident insurance is not offered, for the driver.

c) Gasoline.
Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter. Refueling charge 2 Euros.

d) Types of motorcycles.
The company has the right to change the type of motorcycle with another type of the same cat.

e) Delivery or collection.
Is free of charge after 2 days. For 1&2 days the cost is 5 Euros.

f) Ferrying the motorcycles.
Is not allowed.

g) Traffic fines.
Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations
during the rental period are at the renters expenses.

h) Driver's license.
Valid driving license.

i) Helmet.
Is free of charge.

c) Service.
24 hours.
